network congestion patterns change fast. setting absolute minimum risky even during low activity periods

can confirm replacement transaction worked!! original got cancelled and new one worked well. thanks ppl
lesson learned - dont try to save pennies on gas, ended up paying more anyway with the replacement tx lol

@Cyb3r yeah already bookmarked etherscan gas station. will stick to "standard" setting from now on instead of trying to optimize every single transaction

one last thing to remenber if urgent always overpay gas. network can spike random and your "safe" becomes "too low" real quick

also enable transaction simulation in wallet settings helps catch potential failures before wasting gas on reverted transactions
